Browsing

Our website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers, inquiry forms, or application cookies. The hosting service may process technical information such as request logs and IP addresses under its own policies.

Contacting us

Email links open your email application. Clicking “Copy address” copies the displayed business address to your clipboard; it does not send us information. If you email us, your message and contact details are processed by the email services involved and used to respond and discuss your request.

Project information

We agree who can access project data, permitted processing locations, transfer methods, retention, and deletion before receiving confidential project materials. This website is not a secure document submission channel.

Data protection frameworks

Evaluation work involves documents and answers our clients consider confidential or personal. Our engagement structure is designed to align with the principles of GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and LGPD (Brazil):

• Scoped access. Only the named reviewers assigned to an engagement can see its materials, under confidentiality obligations agreed with the client.
• Data minimization. We request only what an evaluation needs, and prefer redacted or synthetic examples where they serve the same purpose.
• Purpose limitation. Client materials are used only for the agreed evaluation, never to train models or shared beyond the engagement.
• Retention and deletion. Retention periods are agreed before work starts, and materials are deleted or returned at engagement end, with confirmation on request.
• Cross-border transfers. Where a client requires it, we put appropriate transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) in place before data crosses borders.
• Individual rights. We support our clients in responding to access, correction, and deletion requests from the people their data concerns.

These commitments are formalized per engagement through a data processing agreement, not implied by this website alone.
